On June 24, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting our esteemed client from New Zealand at our Ningbo Daxie Factory. This visit was a valuable opportunity to showcase the strength of our manufacturing capabilities and to deepen our business relationship with our international partner.
During the visit, we gave a detailed presentation about our company, emphasizing our 16 years of manufacturing expertise, four global production facilities, and commitment to exceptional quality control. Our client had the chance to tour our factory and see firsthand the precision and quality of the trailer parts and automotive rubber components we produce.
One of the highlights of the visit was our demonstration of advanced testing equipment. We proudly showcased our salt spray testing apparatus, used to assess the corrosion resistance of our products, with 100 hours for core components and 48 hours for accessories. This technology ensures the durability and reliability of our parts under harsh environmental conditions.
Additionally, we demonstrated our jack tensile (lifespan) testing equipment, a specialized machine designed in-house by our CEO. This testing equipment can simultaneously test up to eight jacks at once, allowing us to simulate heavy-duty usage and ensure product longevity. This innovative solution highlights our commitment to precision engineering and our continuous effort to enhance product performance.
After the productive factory tour and technical discussions, we enjoyed a traditional Chinese lunch with our client. The meal not only offered a chance to relax and engage in informal conversations but also allowed us to showcase our local culture and hospitality.
